F.Highlands Remodel Recently Completed

Nothing like a major face-lift to update a recently purchased home and give it your own personal touch... and that was the main objective for this second home, located in the gated community of Forest Highlands. Built in 1990, previously owned by Glen Campbell, the 3573 sq ft home has a large Great Room, Dining/Kitchen, Office and Laundry, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths in a split-level design. The entire house with the exception of the garage was completely changed and now proudly wears its "Modern Mountain" style and decor to go with its amazing view.

Doney Park New Home Recently Completed

First time home builders, Jen and Roy were extremely excited to break ground on their new home. Construction of this 2500 sq ft house took 6 months deposite starting in the dead of winter. The 2-story custom family home boasts of 4-bedrooms, 2.5-baths, an open-plan living area with office and laundry. Upgrades include lower level in-floor heat, metal roof and solar power to name a few.
